At the Beach Cottage Rentals

General Information - Rentals for 2011 Check-in time: 2pm Saturday (if you anticipate you’ll be later, please advise and we’ll make arrangements.) Check-out time: by 12 noon the following Saturday, following a thorough clean-up by tenant. Two keys are provided per unit, and are to be left by the sink. Cleaning: Tenants are required to conduct a thorough cleaning of the unit, with vacuum and cleaning supplies being provided by owners. Leaving the unit unclean will result in loss of the privilege of returning. Visitors: A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed during the day, keeping in mind that we are all on wells and septic systems and these should not be overloaded. Nighttime guests are not allowed, unless previously arranged with the management. A nominal charge may apply for approved overnight guests. Quiet time: Municipal by-laws require quiet time between 11pm and 8am. Offensive noise reported may result in a municipal fine and/or eviction by owners if it persists. Fires: must be kept in the fire ring provided and be small. Fires may not be held in the event of a fire ban due to dry weather. Do not dispose of coals/ashes by burying in the sand! Put out fire with water before retiring to bed. Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed in the building or on the premises by tenants or their visitors. There are 2 reputable kennels, each located approx. 5 minutes from our facilities.
