2011 weekly rates for a single family (2 adults/3 young children) are as follows:
A deposit equaling ˝ of the total rent is required at time of booking. For those Canadian residents who book in person, cash is acceptable. For those out of town, a cash deposit into any TD/Canada Trust branch electronically secures your reservation within minutes of your transaction. The teller will provide you with a receipt for your records. (for those with a TD/Canada Trust account, a transfer by tele-banking or web-banking is also acceptable.) For US residents, internet-based PayPal or mailed money order is acceptable. A confirmation by Canada Post (or email) will be sent to you by ‘At the Beach Cottage Rentals’ upon receipt of your deposit. The remaining ˝ of the total is due, upon arrival, in cash. (an ATM is located uptown Sauble Beach for those not wanting to carry cash on their trip. Please make note of how much your bank allows you to withdraw in a day, so you are not caught short!) Pillows are provided. You are required to bring your own bedding and towels. (bedding for small groups may be provided upon request, in advance, for a nominal fee. Must be arranged ahead of time.) Cancellation policy: Refunds for summer weeks (July and August) will be given if we are notified of the cancellation by June 1st . ($25.00 will be retained for processing fees.) After June 1st, refunds (less $50.00 for administrative fees) will only be given if we are able to rent out the cottage for the week of the cancellation.
