Unit #2: 807 Lakeshore Blvd. North, Sauble Beach, ON Canada
Located on it’s own separate lot, directly beside the Unit 1 rental property,
this older-style family cottage is rustic and charming. It is a single-story cottage,
with vinyl flooring/carpet and paneled walls, measuring approx. 750 sq. ft. Unit 2
has 3 small bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a double in each, while the 3rd has a ‘twin’ bed.
There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, which the bedrooms surround.
The living room also has a quaint fireplace, although most do not use it during the
summer months.
It also includes: fully-equipped kitchen, (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker,
kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, drain board, cutting board, sharp
knives etc.) indoor 3-piece bath with hot and cold softened running water, clothes
line, fire pit, gas BBQ, colour cable TV (no VCR) picnic table, 4 outdoor molded
stackable chairs. On the southern party of this property is a private, sandy area,
perfect for horseshoe pitching, sand castles or sunning on a breezy day. The flagstone
patio out front is a popular place at sunset time.
